Bij Fillip Studios geloven we in ‘Impact through Wonder’. We zijn een ontwerpstudio die complexe verhalen vertaalt naar onvergetelijke, interactieve ervaringen. We bouwen bruggen van begrip met poëtische technologie en maken abstracte ideeën tastbaar, van New York tot Tokyo, vanuit onze thuisbasis in Arnhem. Jouw rol: de vertaler van code naar poëzie
Als onze nieuwe Creative Technologist ben je de technische en innovatieve spil van onze projecten. Je bent niet zomaar een programmeur; je bent een verhalenvertaler. Je overziet het volledige technische spectrum en transformeert de meest grensverleggende ideeën naar werkende realiteit. Of het nu gaat om het aansturen van sensoren, het bouwen van een Augmented Reality-wereld of het implementeren van generatieve systemen met AI.
Wie zoeken wij?
Een moedige, geïnspireerde en aandachtige maker. Je bent een medior professional met een portfolio dat je passie voor het creëren van betekenisvolle, interactieve ervaringen toont. Je bent conceptueel sterk en je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar kunst en technologie samensmelten.
Jouw technische gereedschapskist bevat (vereisten):
- Diepgaande kennis van Python en C++ (voor hardwareaansturing zoals Arduino).
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwikkelen van generatieve en AI-gedreven concepten (denk aan TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Bewezen skills in ontwikkelomgevingen voor Augmented Reality (zoals Unity, ARKit/ARCore).
- Ervaring met het aansturen van diverse sensoren en hardware.
En we worden extra enthousiast van (pré):
- Kennis van web development.
- Ervaring met frameworks als OpenFrameworks of Processing.
- Bekendheid met visuele programmeeromgevingen zoals Max/ MSP.

We build bridges of understanding with poetic technology and make abstract ideas tangible, from New York to Tokyo, from our home base in Arnhem. For cultural pioneers and visionary brands, we open new doors at the intersection of art, design, and technology.
And now, we are looking for you.
Your role: The translator of code into poetry
As our new Creative Technologist, you are the technical and innovative core of our projects. You are not just a programmer; you are a storyteller. You will oversee the entire technical spectrum and transform the most groundbreaking ideas into working reality. Whether it’s controlling sensors, building an Augmented Reality world, or implementing generative systems with AI.
Who we are looking for:
- A courageous, inspired, and attentive creator.
- You are a mid-level professional with a portfolio that showcases your passion for creating meaningful, interactive experiences. You are conceptually strong and feel at home in an environment where art and technology merge.
Your technical toolbox includes (requirements):
- In-depth knowledge of Python and C++ (for hardware control like Arduino).
- Demonstrable experience in developing generative and AIdriven concepts (think TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven skills in development environments for Augmented Reality (such as Unity, ARKit/ARCore).
- Experience with controlling various sensors and hardware.
And we get extra excited about (pré):
- Knowledge of web development.
- Experience with frameworks like openFrameworks or Processing.
- Familiarity with visual programming environments such as Max/ MSP.
