Bij Fillip Studios geloven we in ‘Impact through Wonder’. We zijn een ontwerpstudio die complexe verhalen vertaalt naar betekenisvolle interactieve ervaringen. Jouw rol

Als Studio Producer ben je dé spil tussen idee en uitvoering. Je bent iemand die de puzzelstukjes ziet, de juiste vragen stelt en het team in staat stelt om het beste werk te leveren. Je bewaakt faseovergangen van de projecten, beheert middelen en houdt het overzicht.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je hebt gevoel voor wat een creatief proces nodig heeft op welk moment. Je ziet wanneer een team ruimte verdient en wanneer er richting gevraagd wordt. Het niet weten is voor jou geen probleem, zolang je weet waar het naartoe gaat. Je haalt voldoening uit een oplevering die klopt, uit een team dat weet wat het doet. Je maakt het zelf niet, maar je begrijpt wel wat het vraagt.

Wat jij meebrengt (vereisten):

Minimaal 7 jaar relevante ervaring als producent of coördinator in een creatieve omgeving (studio, bureau, theater, architectuur of vergelijkbaar).
Aantoonbare ervaring met het zelfstandig leiden van projecten van €100.000 tot €300.000+.
Bewezen vermogen om multidisciplinaire teams te begeleiden en te motiveren.
Sterk procesdenken: je ziet snel welke stappen nodig zijn en in welke volgorde.
Zelfstandig werken met projectmanagement tools (Odoo of vergelijkbaar).
Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
Communicatief sterk: zowel intern richting het team als extern richting opdrachtgevers.

Affiniteit met interactieve technologie of immersive experiences.
Ervaring met subsidietrajecten of projectfinanciering in de creatieve sector.
Kennis van financieel projectbeheer en budgetbewaking.

Your role

As Studio Producer, you are the connective tissue between idea and execution. You see how the pieces fit together, ask the right questions, and create the conditions for the team to do its best work. You track phase transitions, manage resources and maintain oversight.

Who are we looking for?

You have a feel for what a creative process needs, and when. You know when a team needs room to breathe and when it needs direction. Not knowing doesn’t unsettle you, as long as you know where things are heading. You find satisfaction in a delivery that lands right, in a team that knows what it’s doing. You’re not the one making the work — but you understand exactly what it takes.

What you bring (requirements):

At least 7 years of relevant experience as a producer or coordinator in a creative environment (studio, agency, theatre, architecture or comparable).
Demonstrable experience independently leading projects from €100,000 to €300,000+.
A proven ability to guide and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
Strong process thinking: you quickly see which steps are needed and in what order.
Able to work independently with project management tools (Odoo or comparable).
Proficiency in Dutch and English.
A strong communicator: with the team internally and with clients externally.

Affinity with interactive technology or immersive experiences.
Experience with grant processes or project financing in the creative sector.
Knowledge of financial project management and budget monitoring.
